kinney block's acceptance of this order is conditioned on my agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in kinney block's terms and conditions documents and the following order acknowledgements and warranties:

• I am the end user of the products purchased from kinney block, or have the explicit authority from the end user to: purchase kinney block products, agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the terms and conditions documents, and agree to the acknowledgements below.
• I agree that measurement of the end user's project and installation of the products purchased from kinney block is the sole responsibility of the end user, and kinney block does not provide installation support or assume any responsibility for any measurement or installation errors.
• I understand that kinney block does not provide facade or assembly detail drawings, and that these are within the scope of the project architect or designer. I have reviewed the spec sheets and installation instructions available on the kinney block downloads page.
• I understand that recommended grout joints may be automatically factored into the "pieces per square foot" calculation, and I assume responsibility for ensuring I have accounted for this detail in my order quantities.
• I understand that all kinney block products are handcrafted and made to order, and that there will always be variation in color, thickness, and overall dimensions from piece to piece, as well as across production lots or batches. I acknowledge that my full order may not perfectly match my sample, color chip, or prototype, and that any add-on orders may not match my original order.
• I agree that inherent imperfections and lot-to-lot variation are characteristic of a handcrafted concrete product and are not eligible for replacement or credit.
• I understand that kinney block recommends ordering 15% overage as the industry standard, to account for breakage, cuts, and waste during installation.
• I understand the concept of cherry-picking — ordering meaningfully more material than my project requires so that I can select the best pieces for my installation — and I agree that if I intend to cherry-pick, or if a specific design or pattern is desired, I will order 25% overage instead of 15%.
• I agree that all delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Production time is typically 8–10 weeks for orders up to 250 square feet, and larger or custom orders can take longer.
• I understand that expedited production is available for an additional fee and must be arranged before production begins.
• I understand that made-to-order tile cannot be cancelled or changed once the order is placed, and that sample boxes, prototypes, and color chips cannot be cancelled once processed.
• I agree that all sales are final, and that kinney block does not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order tile, prototypes, sample boxes, or color chips.
• I understand and agree that all full tile orders ship by palletized freight, are curbside only, and require a signature. It is my responsibility to make sure I have a professional team available to receive, inspect and safely place my shipment on my job site on the day of delivery.
• I agree to keep my material out of the weather and away from construction dust and contaminants until install day.
• I acknowledge that I must inspect my order immediately upon delivery to confirm that the color and shape are what I ordered and that each piece arrived intact.
• I acknowledge that I must report any damage, defects, shortages, or missing items in writing within five days of delivery, with photos of the tile and of the inside and outside of the packaging, to hello@kinneyblock.com.
• I agree that kinney block's liability related to my order shall not exceed the purchase price I pay for any kinney block products.
• I agree that kinney block is not liable for any loss of use, business, goodwill, reputation, or revenue and/or any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or other direct or indirect losses of any kind.
• I have read and agree with the Terms of Sale, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy.
