Master Seal 100 is suitable for application where resistance to water, efflorescence, hot tire pick-up, ultraviolet light, or mildew is needed.
Master Seal 100 provides a penetrating, non-yellowing, satin gloss appearance that will darken the substrate. Like any quality finish, this sealer reduces the porosity of the surface being sealed.
Each gallon covers 200-300 square feet (2 coats).
